I did that this past Christmas and had THE most gorgeous turkey I'd EVER seen. AND it was wonderfully delicious and moist. It was a rich mahogny brown and almost too pretty to eat. ALMOST. That is the busiest time for my cakes and fudge business around the holidays of nov and dec. My husband had to peel the apples and carrots for my famous apple cake and new carrot cake recipe. I made it through with the pt and xrays and the worst part was the cast and waiting ..
